Easy access to and from the train station (10 minutes walk). The lady on reception (apologies, I did not get her name but she had dark hair!) was so helpful and accommodating and extremely pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She gave us information to specific locations and enabled us to get to the Rotterdam Carnival in particular on time. The hotel was clean and beds were very comfortable. But overall a very pleasant stay.

Only small issue were the small black flies that appeared randomly.
